I put a spend cap on over 24 hours ago, but still can't use it any ideas what I am doing wrong.

A spend cap prevents you from making purchases.

You need to remove the cap to but stuff on your account.

You also need to register for charge to mobile first.

Hi and thanks for replying, I spoke with O2 over 24hours ago set in place a spend cap I have tried to purchase using it, and I keep being told failed payment
