Hello,
Because of Corvid-19, one cannot reach 202 services to remove spend caps. Is there an alternative way of doing it?

Shops also open now in England and Northern Ireland, if you are near one. 

The landline number 0800 587 4005 seems to work best.

If it is busy now, yes, you may get cut-off before getting onto the wait queue. 

Around 8am in the morning is quieter, if you are prepared to try then.

As @madasaf1sh says, the online help pops up now and then, worth a try too. It comes up in the O2 On-line Shop most often 👍
