So all I am trying to use my spend cap for a purchase my spend cap is £200 I’ve spent £13.99 yesterday but now I try to make another purchase I get the code type it in but then tells me they couldn’t verify or it just doesn’t go through and says I need to contact my provider I have messaged o2 and all they can advise is to pay the £13.99 then I can try and use my spend cap but surely I shouldn’t have to pay this to use my spend cap when it’s no where near the max cap?

What are you trying to purchase that you want to use your spend cap for ? ( https://www.o2.co.uk/business/support/accounts-and-billing/spend-cap ) if its covered in the Spend Cap T&C then its worth querying with O2 again.
