I'm new to 02. How do I set up a spend cap? I can't find the option in myO2

You need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

many thanks for your prompt reply. Much appreciated.

I had also aked the question last night via AURA and had a reponse first things this morning and they sorted it out for me by adding the spend cap so I didn't need to ring 202.
