Faulty phone return customer service contact

Had my phone since the beginning of May roughly (Sony Xperia X1) and today it froze and powered off and absolutly will not turn back on. I've been through all the gudies available and changed a few cables that work on other devices and there is no life in it at all. I tried phoning 02 and that wasnt much help, the online help isn't any help for my problem.

 

Has anyone got a e-mail to customer service as it seems to be one of the most hidden things I've ever had to find. The automated live chat isnt any help either in this case.

I would personally use Sony repairs,they are usually very good
