How do I apply a spend cap? Tried to call o2 but it just says check the website and cuts off. The website has info about it but nowhere to click to apply it

Hi @Hannahg1990 ,

 

Only an O2 store or O2 customer service can apply a spend cap. Unfortunately you will have to wait until some bit of informality returns to the world before you will probably get the chance to apply one.

No good. My 13 year old sister is receiving this phone as a birthday gift (that keeps on giving!) and I don’t fancy a £200 bill... 😂
