Received a text today at 10:54 to say my data had run out. Purchased a 12GB Bolt On at 10:55. Got a confirmation text that data was available and ready to use. At 11:14, another text followed to say I was out of data. I restarted my phone in case it needed to kick in but same story: web pages would divert to O2’s “you’ve run out of data” page.

I’ve since repurchased another Bolt On which now works, but peeved if I get charged twice on my bill.

Any thoughts/help would be hugely appreciated.

You really need to speak to customer service. There has been problems with bolt ons disappearing and reappearing days later.
