Sorry we're fixing a fault on the voucher top up service

This has been ongoing for 4 days now. Can't top up lady gives the error message above. This is a new sim which I bought from tesco. Not sure if that has anything to do with it

Is it a Tesco sim or an O2 sim? Tesco uses the O2 network, but Tesco is Tesco. Not O2. If it's a Tesco sim you have to top up on the Tesco site.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It could also be a faulty sim, either call 202 for contracts (O2 contracts not tesco) or replace the sim for payg!
