This has been ongoing for 4 days now. Can't top up lady gives the error message above. This is a new sim which I bought from tesco. Not sure if that has anything to do with it

It could also be a faulty sim, either call 202 for contracts (O2 contracts not tesco) or replace the sim for payg!
