Sony Z5 Premium Not on the upgrade list

Hi

Not sure if this has been covered or if i have missed something but i went to upgrade to the Sony Z5 Premium today but its not listed as a option. it appears that i can buy one on a new contract but not upgrade to one this seems a bit strange. is this correct or a error with the website.

To be honest haven't had an opportunity to get in to a store or ring as have been really busy at work. I have checked the website again and its still not available for upgrade

And yet @viridis got his as an upgrade? I know he had to be persistent...and involved them sending him a code...but I am positive it was an upgrade. If I am wrong I apologise. It must be my high temperature Confused

It was 100% an upgrade, but I had to call, Tbh you're better off calling and speaking to retentions anyway wink
