Sony Z5 Premium Not on the upgrade list

Hi

Not sure if this has been covered or if i have missed something but i went to upgrade to the Sony Z5 Premium today but its not listed as a option. it appears that i can buy one on a new contract but not upgrade to one this seems a bit strange. is this correct or a error with the website.

I would call them on 202 if you aren't getting the option on the website or via My O2.

Hi @Anonymous I have just looked at my own account so that I could check for you. The Z5 is available to me as an upgrade...but not the Premium..Give CS a ring to check.

One of our members has just updated to the Z5P so it is definitely available on upgrade.

Just thought tho, originally retentions couldn't see it available for me but then a manager "created a code" to allow me to order it.
Could be same issue kind of,
Call up and do it as said.
