Hi All,
I spend a lot of my time in Berlin for work. Recently I've noticed that despite getting 4 bars of signal on 4G, I often get little or no actual data. At first I wondered if this was just because I was in the busy city centre. But now I've noticed it almost everywhere I go. By contrast, when my phone occasionally switches over to Vodafone or Telekom (T-mobile), I get full 4G speeds. However, when I try to manually force the phone onto those networks it seems to not want to connect at all, even if I leave it for 30 minutes!
My only solution has been to disable 4G completely and rely on 3G. Which is a pain but better than having no Internet at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what's the problem? Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm using an iPhone 7 and I have checked my mobile data settings (APN idata.o2.co.uk, username vertigo, password password).
Thanks in advance,
Toby

Hey @TobyM76, I just checked on this one for you As @MI5 said, we were made aware of roaming issues in Germany which our network teams immediately raised to O2 Germany, who we’re pleased to confirm have now resolved the roaming issues experienced above.
Hope this helps!
