Hi Sky have sent me a new SIM card to save me money on my airtime bill. They have advised it is an O2 sim and that I can swap to this but keep my device plan with O2. Is this correct?

No, that's complete rubbish.
Although Sky use O2 network they are totally independent.
You would need to cancel with O2 and switch to a Sky tariff.

No sorry @Beni
That's not possible either.
To move to Sky you would have to pay off the device plan first.
