I have just upgraded my phone and has been delivered today. I've been told my current sim is not 5g ready so I will need to use my new sim. My new sum hasn't arrived with my phone. Will it come later? Or do I need to order it separately?

You need to ask O2 to send one or pop into your local o2 store to get one.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I'm currently in a queue waiting to speak to them. I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours with them in the last 2 days - just to get a new phone. Pretty annoyed I'm having to call them again to get something they said they would send.
Appreciate the help though
