Yesterday I received my new iPhone. I put the sim that I received in the box in to the new phone and thought it would work. It’s been 24hours and I still can’t get network signal. So I have tried putting my old sim back in to my old phone and now that hasn’t got any o2 signal either. All the options to do a sim swap advise of “texting codes” and “calling in on the 202 number” I can’t do that as I have no signal. How do I make this work please? I can’t go to the shop for 3 days and I need my phone!!
