So I have just upgraded my phone, it stated when I was doing it if I needed a new sim or not and I clicked no, does that mean I have to put my old sim in my new phone and it will automatically upgrade? I’d anyone could help that would be great as I’m confused

Just put yourself old sim in as the tariff is upgraded on it automatically. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Rosie12 The only reason why you would need a new sim is if you've upgraded to a 5G capable phone and you were in a current 5G area. Your old sim is perfectly usable, but it is 4G and below only.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
