I’m a new customer. Just activated new sim and asked to keep old number. How long does it take for the old number to be active?

At the moment it's taking a few days due to system issues.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
