Sim swap

I phoned yesterday to swap my sim, keeping my old number going onto a pay monthly contract. I was informed it could take up to 24hrs. I've tried turning off and on my phone and removing and replacing the sim. Still no joy. My phone is an iphone4s. What do I do now?

Do you have a local O2 high street shop if the sim swap does not complete as they could help.

But try calling O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract

If you have an o2 store near home I would pop in. They will give you a new sim and do the swap for you.

Call CS from your son's phone and ask them to put it through again.
