Sim not working

Hi, so I have this sim for more than 4 years with you, I contacted o2 on phone before asking to stop me from being able to call different countries as I do not wish to pay extra for this service , but now if I am in a different country I can t use my minutes and messages on Uk phone number or call , I can only receive text messages and phone calls , please help

@Diana27 You will have to call customer service to have any bar removed from your account. All numbers available are in the link below. As you are out of the country, use the code +44 and leave off the first 0 (zero). First number you should try is +44800 587 4005.
