Hi there,
I have recently upgraded my phone and my sim is no longer active?
I am unable to receive calls, connect to the internet or receive messages.
please may you help.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.

Did you get a new sim or are you using your old one?
If it's easier and quicker for you, pop in store with photo ID to get connected.
