Hi, I purchased iPhone 13 under monthly plan… sim has not arrived… email said it was sent last Tuesday….  Can I change to eSIM?

@Lana2504 Probably the easiest way to resolve this is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, with the email you received and photo ID. The store should be able to provide you with an esim or a physical sim and transfer your account details onto it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
