So my original contract was taken out when I was a minor, and now that I’m an adult I have taken out my own contract under my name (took well over an hour on the phone to achieve that). Only problem is, a week later, the new sim they promised would arrive hasn’t, and I still can’t log into my 02 despite it being well over 48 hours. It tells me my phone number is associated with another account, but that account should be closed. What exactly do I do? I really dont want to spend another hour on the phone just for nothing to be achieved. Really considering switching providers at this point. This is an issue we’ve been trying to resolve for far too long. The closest o2 store is a few towns over, is it worth a trip or would they just point me to the customer service phone line?
