I dropped my phone in the sea, gone. I ordered a new sim and I can’t activate, I can’t make calls and I’m in the house on my own with no landline. O2 are furiously hard to contact. Every phone call asks you to go to app first and the app is useless too

@Noonecares You need to report the phone as lost. See this guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
If you have no phone to use, download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Then call 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 for free.
