hi, just wondering how long does it normally take to have new sim activated, I went through the process , of swapping the sim from a PAYG to monthly, but still waiting for old sim to stop working, so I can replace it with the new one. I started this process, 48 hours ago.

It's usually within 24 hours but they are taking ages at the moment.
