Email came in yesterday saying order was recieved, however It's meant to be delieverd tomorrow and I have no orders under my 02? No Email about despatching or anything else. Payment was taken for the upfront cost of the device. Nothing since regarding tracking etc

The order won't be delivered until you have a dispatch email with a tracking number

You should have received the contract from O2 with different links to opren which is accepted as a digital signature

If you haven't received that yet then your order is subject to a credit check

@StevenJames You'll receive an email when the order is dispatched and you are sent a tracking number. O2 always take the payment up front. If your order is out of stock you'll eventually be refunded, but not before O2 makes a little interest off your payment.
