02 are honestly one of the most shocking networks I’ve come across and are very unreliable.
My phone calls drop out, the calls can sometimes become garbled, 4G/5G coverage is very poor.
I can be on the phone to someone and the calls will just keep dropping out or it just cuts off which is really annoying. My phone calls can become garbled and people tell me it’s like talking to an alien. My phone will tell me that I have 4G/5G coverage but nothing will ever load so I don’t know where my data usage comes from unless that’s pages trying to load.
Around my area TQ2 8QR the service is terrible, again says I have signal but won’t work. I have friends and family on O2 who have exactly the same issue, so it’s not just me and definitely not my phone which has been checked by Apple. I’ve had a replacement SIM card from my local store but this hasn’t made any difference along with trying my SIM card in another phone, no difference at all.
I have honestly had enough of O2 as you can’t provide the service in which I’m paying for and I’m not prepared to pay a termination fee of over £800 just to fill O2 pockets. I think the next escalation will be the ombudsman, every time I’ve spoken to customer services all they offer me is credit to my account. If you add the credit up then overtime there would be enough to pay of my account.
