Hi I took out a contract for a Nintendo switch except I used the wrong email address I quickly changed it but now I’m not sure if they accepted my contract or not as I’m sure them emails have been sent elsewhere money was taken from my bank for the deposit and hasn’t been refunded as I did this last night I went on the o2 phone line with customer service and they were not very helpful at all couldn’t even hear what I was saying..anyway I did the delivery for today and now I’m not sure if I’ve even been accepted any advice? I don’t particularly want to wait in for a parcel that might not even arrive I can’t log into the my o2 app either as I’m a new member and apparently there’s a 48 hour rule for logging into it?
