I have asked 4 times, got 4 different answers, and my need is still not resolved 😞
I need a copy of my Feb & Mar 2021 bills, SHOWING CALLS TO 0800 NUMBERS (I need this to prove to an insurance company that I told them something, a few hundred quid is hanging on this for me). How can I get this proof from O2 that I made calls to 0800 numbers, with dates and times? Thank you.

You can't I'm afraid.

0800 calls do not show on your bill.

It's because they are freephone numbers and also to protect vunerable customers as calls to services such as childline won't show on the bill.

You'd think your insurance company would know that they don't show!

Last dialed calls log from your fone using screenshot of the log, maybe.
