Hello, despite being into my local 02 shop and the fact that they have 'stopped' the problematic short code messages cost, I am still being charged. The problem is I have only recently upgraded my monthly contract. I would like to know what to do to terminate my contract and go somewhere else. Can anyone, please, help. Many thanks, Carol
