Short Code messages

Hello, despite being into my local 02 shop and the fact that they have 'stopped' the problematic short code messages cost, I am still being charged.  The problem is I have only recently upgraded my monthly contract.  I would like to know what to do to terminate my contract and go somewhere else.  Can anyone, please, help.  Many thanks, Carol

Another alternative is to change your number which you can do for free if you contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Moving networks won't help if you keep your number but advice on cancelling your contract can be found here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774/high...

@Anonymous If you terminate your contract you will still be responsible for any months still remaining.
