Service issues

Anonymous

Over the past couple of days, people have mentioned O2's service keeps coming up as no service. Please note its an O2 issue and not an issue with your phone or bill. O2, I strongly suggest you send out a communication apologising for the issues with the service as I've not seen anything from you. This has been the same on and off over the past few days. Please advise your customers when they will have the full service back we are paying for?

It would appear that O2 have recognised the issue, at last http://www.telecoms.com/297021/o2-to-roll-out-fibre-nationwide/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Interesting, but again it's the time factor involved for those suffering now. A big step in the right direction though for sure.
