I have problem with service. I have a paid my bills. Raeding UK area. Whats happened? My boyfriend have same issue. No service 🙄

I checked already and its not information. My postcode is RG73AF. I need my device to call to my clients! Why we don't have messages about some work or problems?

O2 won't give a time frame for network issues. If it's busy now it should be improved tomorrow hopefully. The status is refreshed hourly so you need to keep checking.

@Kate12 If the network is congested there's nothing that can be done. No network can guarantee 100% uptime.
