Paid overdue bill by link sent by text, O2 say they haven’t received it, but showing in bank account as paid to O2 UK LTD, any help please

Please call customer services on 202 from your phone or via the numbers on link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus 

If you can call close to 8.00am in the morning, you should avoid a long wait to speak to them.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
