O2 are thiefs!!! For anyone that got the offer to get Samsung Buds 2 Pro for £1 will NEVER receive their code! O2 state after 30 days since purchase you will receive your code but i assure you, you WONT. O2 are rip offs and are luring people in to set up new contracts with this offer yet they NEVER give the code out. Its a SCAM!!! O2 are THIEVES! Watch how they remove this conversation because it doesnt suit their agenda. Absolute thief's!!

Both me and the wife got our codes within 14 days of the upgrades to the Z Flip 5's so what you are saying is not true at all

 

And below is proof codes do go out to people....

Sadly not. I have had many phone calls, and messages and emails with o2 and 5 months later still have no answer to where my code is.
