My wife and I have devices and the bill for both is added together then monthly DD comes out of one account (mine).

 

This is causing problems however as her bill is always higher than mine and I have to chase her up for the extra cash.

 

So I want the bills not to be collated, and separately go to two different bank accounts - her and mine.

 

How do I do this ?

You cant.

 

The only way to do this is to get your wife to sign up for a contract in her name, pay off the current device plan and move the number to the new contract, then it will all come out of your wife's bank account.

I've paid my wife's phone bill for the last 27 years.

Never crossed my mind to chase her for any payments 😎
