Hi @JeffL

There could be several reasons for this; I need to ask you a few questions:

Do you have data on your account within your plan?

Do you have spend cap on your account which stops any additional charges?

What phone do you have?

Is 3G/Data/Internet switched on?

Do you have good coverage within your area?

@JeffL

You need to go into mobile settings and scroll down to the list of apps.

Each one that you want to access on mobile data needs to be turned on.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
