My SIM isn’t working the only way to use phone right now is via WiFi, can’t get through to anyone to get replacement! Help!

Hi @Bruvstine 

Have you tried taking the sim card out and re-inserting it?

Unfortuntely the only way to get a replacement sim card it by speaking to customer services. I understand its difficult to get through at them moment. In the meantime you can call through apps such as Whats app, facebook messenger and skype.

Thanks but she’s in a weak WiFi zone too so keeping in touch with her is proving a challenge right now!

@Bruvstine Is this a new sim for a new phone?

Does the person you're trying to reach get a good mobile signal? If so, you can download Skype, buy credit and use that to call them, or if they can download Skype too, you can talk to each other for free over WiFi, if they can get a strong enough WiFi connection.
