My new phone isn’t accepting my SIM card.  I’ve been sent an eSIM but can’t get that to work either

If you dont need an esim then dont bother, as they cause more issues than they solve.. 


Best thing to do is tomorrow, pop into an o2 store with photo ID and get a new sim card, seriously if you dont need and esim get a physcial one.
