I need help my bill is not paid and I can’t log in my account to check it send a code to the phone number but I can’t log in can you please change to send a code to the email so I can log in

They wont send it to email, its insecure..
You will need to speak to o2 tomorrow on 0800 902 0217 and pay the bill, and they might reconnect you..
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
