Hi there
I'm currently on O2 and using a traditional SIM card but would like to switch to an esim instead.
According to the O2 website, I should be able to get this organised through the my O2 app or by signing in on the O2 website.
However, even after following the guidance on the O2 website, I'm unable to get either of these methods to work.
Can someone help please?

If it's failing through your MyO2, go in store with photo ID or call O2 to send an esim pack in the post.
Having one posted to you will disable your current sim at time of ordering though, so in store is better.
