SIM card no service

So I lost my phone the other day (pay monthly) I called to get a new SIM card ordered which came today. I have since purchased a new phone and the next day, found my old phone under the car seat. Ever since I found my old phone I have had no service. My new SIM that came today tells me the same thing in my new phone. No service. I can't text to activate nor call services. Somebody please help

Hi @Letia,

 

Your old phone would've been barred as you reported it stolen. We've sent out a new replacement sim card ready for you to activate. Give us a call on 03448090202 to connect the new sim card with your old number. You'll need to give us the SSN on the back of the pack (starting 894411) slight_smile
