I’ve got a new phone and a new SIM card with it but on existing number. Didn’t use that number for long time, in case.
So, I put a new SIM card in the phone but it doesn’t work. Tried to send messages to o2, to swap a card, it failed.
Can’t connect o2.... what to do?

The only option is to call O2 at the moment, they will either send you a new provisioned SIM card out, or complete the swap to the one you have.

If you have no mobile you can try calling with Skype etc

Try your old SIM?
