As the title suggests, I paid for two sim contracts and both took over a week to arrive, however I'm being charged from the day the sim card was shipped (22/12/2021) which seems weird as I'm paying for a service I'm clearly unable to use until the cards arrive. They finally arrived today, so I'm wondering whether there's a way I can get reimbursed for the days it took to get here, or a solution to credit it to my account.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

This happens to everyone. You pay one month in advance, Your bill is produced and you pay 2 weeks after. You wont be reimbursed for waiting for a few days I'm afraid.
However the people to confirm this are O2.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the reply, I'll have to contact them then I'm afraid. They promised next day delivery, now it's over a week I've been without a sim I've paid for and needed.

Update: Called them up and got offered £8 credit off the next bill for each contract, more than happy with the outcome
