hi

my phone has broken ab=nd need a new phone lus a new simcard as that will not work ...if i get a new simcard cani keep my own number

Either contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or pop into your local O2 shop and you can get a new sim with your number for free.

They will also help you to upgrade if you need a new phone too. Have a look at the shop pages to see if there is a phone you would like to choose and select a tariff that suits your needs.
