Hi @Phoebe87

You need to call customer service and ask to speak to the Payment Management team. Either borrow someone's phone or use a landline.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Query the extra charges with customer service too.

I have been cut off because I can't pay huge bill. Usually its £22 a month but 02 took it out early which left me overdrawn and having to pay bank charges so I went into arrears with phone bill. Now I have to pay £76 for a phone that I haven't even been able to use

@Phoebe87

Check this help for what's included in your allowances to avoid any further huge bills https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Your-Allowances-what-is-and-isn-t-included/ba-p/1237745

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
