You need to speak to customer services and ask for the following blocks be placed on your phone:
Direct bill to phone charges
Premium rate calls
You can contact customer services free from abroad on +44 800 032 1402
You might also want to consider a Spend Cap of £0, which would also stop any future exorbitant charges. This could always be cancelled once you return home and have access to your phone again.
