I am in Reunion which is listed as EU with O2 and can’t get mobile roaming. Have changed settings as suggested on here and by O2 in the help but still nothing. Using iPhone 8 Plus with sw 12 version. Any help appreciated

Most likely an isolated issue which may just resolve itself without any interaction from yourself then.
Just reboot the phone occasionally to refresh the network settings.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Ajondyh make sure data roaming is on and try both apn's

"mobile.o2.co.uk" and "idata.o2.co.uk"

Also try manually selecting different neyworks.

This isn’t an isolated issue I know numerous people who have had the problem with O2 & Iphones in Réunion.

Yet to find a solution that works, changing the apn and trying different networks does not help.

Any other suggestions?
