Recently returned my Device under the 14 day exchange/refund rules. It was accepted at the returns centre at 0800 Thursday 21st October (sent by special delivery) I’ve still not had any notification of it via my o2.
any ideas how long should this take as I need to order my replacement (returned item was still sealed)

It can take a while for o2 to scan it in and process the return @Warwick99.
Keep a screen shot of the delivery confirmation and you will just have to keep chasing customer services.
