I returned my upgrade on 6th April 2020 by special delivery and it has still not come off of my account, it was signed for by o2 the next morning 7th April, can anyone tell me when this should happen as I am paying for a phone I sent back? Many thanks
@Bev3 As per the advice given to you by @jonsie, it's only been 7 days, and four of those days included two bank holidays and a weekend. There is also most likely much fewer staff to process any returns. You need to be patient. If you haven't had your refund by early next week, you should call customer service, but you will have difficulty getting through.
