I have received the following text and am unable to get through on the number provided to talk to anyone, if I choose any option other than ‘pay in full’ then I am told to visit the website and the call ends.

You've still not paid, so we are now disconnecting your phone. Your account will shortly be sent to an external Debt Recovery Company. Further charges will then apply, and your credit score may also be impacted. Please call us on 0800 111 6121

Is there any other number I can call or email to ensure my contract isn’t cut off?!

Have you tried the other numbers in the link (there are about 5)?
Try first thing in the morning as well as people usually get through then.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Thanks for the link, whenever I try 0800 902 0217 however if I select any option other than pay in full (which I can’t) then it ends the call, I need to get through and actually talk to someone.

Thanks all, for anyone that may have the same issue I called 0800 902 0217, selected the incorrect option ‘Fraud team’ and they put me through to a person on the payment management team, Now all sorted.
